General Terms & Conditions of Use and Sale

 

1. Scope of Application

 

These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Music & Sound SBH, including DJ booking, Silent Disco rental, sound and lighting equipment rental, and event services in St. Barthélemy.

 

2. Booking & Payment

 

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. A deposit of 50% is required to secure the date. The balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

– Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: refund of deposit
– Cancellation between 15 and 30 days: 50% of total fee is due
– Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: no refund

 

4. Equipment Use

 

All rented equipment must be returned in good condition. In case of damage or loss, repair or replacement costs will be invoiced to the client.

 

5. Liability

 

Music & Sound SBH cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or technical issues caused by force majeure (bad weather, power cuts, strikes, etc.). We are fully insured for professional liability.

 

6. Applicable Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of Saint-Barthélemy. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Saint-Martin / Guadeloupe shall have jurisdiction.
